Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes, baked
    2 small medium white onions, diced
    1 to 3 stalks celery
    5 to 6 slices cooked bacon
    1 carrot, diced
    chives
    cheese
    milk
Preparation
    Dice potatoes, onions and celery and place in water (just to cover). Cook slowly until tender. Fry and drain bacon while vegetables are cooking. Add bacon at end. Pour some of cooked vegetables into blender and blend. Then pour water off and add milk. Heat and cook until thickened. Add bacon, cheese and chives.
