Marinated London Broil - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 1/4 lb.) flank steak
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    2 Tbsp. Burgundy or other dry red wine
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Score steak on both sides in a diamond pattern.
    Brush mustard on both sides.
    Place in a large shallow dish.
    Combine Burgundy, lemon juice, soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce; pour over steak. Cover and marinate 8 hours in the refrigerator.
