Sausage Cheese Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. oil
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1/2 lb. sausage meat
2 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese (reserve 1 c. for top)

Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Pour in baking pan or 10-inch round pie pan.
Sprinkle 1 cup grated cheese on top.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until it puffs in middle.
Cut in squares.
