Lemon Chicken Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken breast
    2 c. broccoli florets
    1 c. carrots, julienne strips
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 c. rice (not instant)
    2 cans (15 1/2 oz.) chicken broth
    juice from 1 lemon
    1/2 lb. snow pea pods
    1 clove garlic, minced
Preparation
    Fry chicken strips in margarine and garlic.
    Add broccoli and carrot strips and toss.
    Stir-fry for several minutes.
    Add broth and bring to boil.
    Add rice and pea pods.
    Simmer until cooked. When finished, add the lemon juice and serve.
