Shrimp Curry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2/3 c. canned milk
    1 1/2 c. cooked shrimp
    2 Tbsp. chopped green peppers
    2 Tbsp. pimento
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
Preparation
    Blend curry powder into the mayonnaise.
    Gradually blend in the canned milk.
    Add shrimp, green pepper, pimento and onion. Heat, stirring occasionally.
    Serve over hot rice.
    Serves 4.
