Zucchini Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground veal
    1 small onion, diced
    2 garlic cloves, slivered
    1/4 c. minced parsley
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1/4 tsp. basil
    2 bay leaves
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 (16 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 oz. part-skim Mozzarella cheese
    3 to 4 zucchini
Preparation
    Brown veal, onion and garlic in hot, heavy skillet.
    Add all other seasonings, tomatoes and tomato sauce.
    Simmer uncovered for 30 minutes.
