Brisket (Sweet) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. first cut brisket
    4 large onions
    salt
    paprika
    black pepper
    4 fresh cloves garlic
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Trim off every piece of fat from brisket.
    Slice the onions thinly and brown in skillet to golden.
    Place brisket in large roasting pan.
    Cover brisket with browned onions, dash of salt, paprika and black pepper.
    Sprinkle top with the chopped garlic cloves.
    Add 1 cup water to pan.
    Cover and cook at 250\u00b0 for 3 1/2 to 4 hours (or until tender).
