Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 c. butter
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c. finely chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla extract
60 Hershey's Hugs
1 tsp. vegetable shortening or oil
2 oz. white chocolate
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Melt chocolate and butter in saucepan over low heat.
Remove from heat and stir in condensed milk.
Stir in flour, nuts and vanilla until combined.
Cover each Kiss (Hug) completely with 1 level tablespoonful of dough.
Place cookies 1-inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 6 to 8 minutes. (Cookies will appear soft and shiny.)
Place wire rack on wax paper.
Put cookies on rack to cool.
Melt white chocolate and shortening, stir, in saucepan over low heat.
Drizzle over cookies.
Let cool.
