Pastry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. Crisco (white)
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    4 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Cut Crisco into flour until pieces are size of peas.
    Add 1 egg and vinegar.
    Mix a little and add water.
    If it feels too sticky, add a little more flour.
    Roll out on floured surface, adding a little more flour.
    Roll around rolling pin to lift onto pie dish. Makes 2 layers.
    Any left over, freeze until you have enough for 1 more layer.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for about 12 minutes or according to pie directions.
