Shrimp Charleston - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 pkg. Good Seasons Salad Dressing Mix
    * 1 - Blue Cheese
    * 1 - Italian
    * 1 - Cheese Garlic
    2-3 onions, sliced in rings
    2-3 lb. fresh shrimp, cooked and cleaned
    2 (4 oz.) cans whole button mushrooms, drained
    2 (14 oz.) cans artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
    1/2 - 1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Prepare salad dressing according to package directions, omitting the water and replacing it with vinegar.
    Place ingredients in deep bowl.
    Pour the prepared dressing over all and marinate overnight.
    Stir occasionally but carefully so as not to break artichokes.
    This may be served, drained on a head of lettuce for lunch, or as an hors d'oeuvre.
