Ingredients

1 Tbsp. olive oil or oil
2 c. coarsely chopped broccoli
2 c. coarsely chopped cauliflower
1/2 c. chopped carrot
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 c. sliced green onions
1 (10 oz.) can refrigerated All-Ready pizza crust
4 oz. (1 c.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 c. seeded, chopped and drained Italian plum tomatoes
1 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
4 oz. (1 c.) shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
Grease 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan.
Heat oil in medium nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
Add broccoli, cauliflower, carrot and garlic; cook 2 to 6 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
Remove from heat; stir in green onions.
Unroll dough; press in greased pan.
Bake for 6 to 9 minutes or until light golden brown.
Top with Mozzarella cheese, vegetable mixture, tomatoes, Italian seasoning and Cheddar cheese.
Return to oven and bake an additional 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is deep golden brown.
