Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 chicken, cubed
    1 large onion
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 small jar sliced mushrooms
    salt, pepper and red pepper to taste
    1 to 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 medium bag taco chips, crushed
Preparation
    Saute onions and mushrooms in butter; add tomatoes.
    Add the chicken, seasonings and can of soup.
    Mix well.
    Layer the meat mixture in a casserole dish with the crushed taco chips and cheese, ending with a layer of cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes or until heated through.
    Serves 6 to 8.
