Chicken-Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small head bibb lettuce
1 avocado
2 chicken breast halves, cooked and cubed
1 small apple, diced
1 small banana, sliced
1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/3 to 1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
Preparation

Remove 6 outer leaves of lettuce; wash and set aside.
Chop remaining lettuce; set aside.
Peel and seed avocado.
Slice half of avocado and set slices aside.
Chop remaining avocado.
Combine chopped lettuce, chopped avocado, chicken and last 5 ingredients. Toss gently.
Serve on reserved lettuce leaves and garnish with avocado slices.
