Sunburst Yams - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large oranges
    2 (16 oz.) cans yams, drained
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. melted butter
    toasted coconut
    mint sprigs
    maraschino cherries
Preparation
    Halve oranges; squeeze, reserving 1/4 cup of juice.
    Remove pulp.
    Beat yams until smooth.
    Beat in juice, brown sugar and 3 tablespoons of butter.
    Spoon mixture into orange shells.
    Brush edges with remaining butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until heated through, 20 to 30 minutes.
    Garnish with coconut, mint sprig and cherry.
