Delicious Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 medium apples, chopped fine
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 c. nutmeats
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. Wesson oil
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Pour
sugar
over
apples;
let stand 20 minutes.
Sift flour, soda and salt together 3 times.
Add nutmeats to flour mixture. Pour
eggs
over
sugar
and
apples, then mix flour mixture.
Add oil, allspice and cinnamon.
Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes at 325\u00b0 in a tube pan.
