Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
16 to 20 Ritz crackers, crushed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 stick oleo
1 medium onion
Preparation

Cook broccoli according to directions; drain well.
Saute onion in oleo.
Add onion, cheese and soup to broccoli.
Brown crushed crackers lightly in oleo which is left from sauteed onion, then sprinkle crackers on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
