Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. lard
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. brown vinegar
    1/3 c. water
    4 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together with mixer until blended except the flour.
    Add flour and beat.
    If beater is unable to beat, mix with hands.
    Chill.
    Roll out as usual with flour board and rolling pin.
