Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. steak
    flour
    1/4 c. butter
    1 tsp. basil
    1 c. water
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    1 can beef consomme
    1 onion, chopped
    1 can mushrooms
    sour cream
Preparation
    Cut steaks in cubes; roll in flour.
    Heat butter; brown steak and onion.
    Add remaining ingredients, except sour cream; cook slowly.
    Add sour cream just before serving.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
