Indian Spinach Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. white wine vinegar
1/4 c. salad oil
2 Tbsp. chutney, chopped
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
8 c. (10 oz.) fresh spinach
1 1/2 c. chopped, unpeeled apple
1/2 c. raisins
Preparation

In jar combine vinegar, oil, chutney, sugar, salt, curry powder and mustard.
Cover and chill.
Tear spinach into bite size pieces.
Place in salad bowl, top with apples and raisins.
Shake chilled dressing well.
Pour over salad and toss.
