Cheesy Sausage Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. pork sausage links
    1/2 c. onion, thinly sliced
    1/3 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. Pet milk
    1 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
    3/4 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 deep dish pie crust shell, uncooked
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In medium skillet, fry sausage until cooked.
    Drain sausage on paper towel.
    Save 2 tablespoons sausage grease.
    Saute onion and pepper in this for 2 to 3 minutes.
    Slice sausage links.
    Combine cheese and flour.
    Stir in sausage slices, green pepper and onions.
    Spread in pie crust shell.
