Canned Okra - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 gal. cut up okra
2 1/2 Tbsp. canning salt
7 or 8 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
Preparation

Cover with water.
Let it come to a boil (not over 1 minute). Put in jars and seal.
Be sure to use canning salt and vinegar. When you open a jar to cook, drain and rinse well with cold water. Let drain well, then batter and fry or put in stews.
