Company Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. noodles
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 lb. ground chuck or round steak
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1/2 lb. cottage cheese
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1/3 c. snipped scallions
    1 Tbsp. diced green pepper
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Cook and drain noodles.
    Set aside.
    Saute chuck in 1 tablespoon butter until brown.
    Stir in tomato sauce and remove from heat.
    In a separate bowl, combine cheeses, sour cream, scallions and green pepper.
