Mexican Hot Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 large cans diced tomatoes
2 large onions, chopped
2 Tbsp. garlic, minced
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
salt to taste
2 to 3 jalapeno peppers, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped fine
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. fresh cilantro
1/2 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. oregano
Preparation

Mix all ingredients in very large bowl.
Put into pint jars or quart jars and store in refrigerator.
