Six Layer Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked rice
    3 large carrots, sliced
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 can chopped meat or 1 lb. hamburger
    1 large can tomatoes
    1 c. water
    2 onions, sliced
    1 c. celery
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Place uncooked rice in the bottom of a large casserole (3-quart). Add carrots, onions and celery in individual layers. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover this with the meat. Add the tomatoes and water. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour 15 minutes. Yields 6 to 8 servings.
