Hamburger Dip(Yields 2 Quarts) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onions
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 can tomato paste (6 oz.)
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp. oregano
2 tsp. sugar
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Saute ground beef until browned.
Add onions and cook until tender.
Add remaining ingredients and stir over low heat until cheese melts.
Spoon into chafing dish and keep warm.
Serve with chips or crackers.
Freezes well.
