Cheese Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bread, buttered and cubed
    1/2 lb. sharp cheese (not processed), broken up and sprinkled alternately with bread
    3 eggs
    2 c. milk (scant)
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Into a well buttered baking dish, put bread and cheese.
    Beat eggs, milk and dry mustard slightly and pour over bread and cheese.
    Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for 3/4 hour or until firm.
