Green Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 to 1 head lettuce
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. green pepper, chopped
1 c. purple onion, sliced and separated
10 oz. frozen peas
9 boiled eggs
1 to 1 1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
-
In a large bowl, layer all ingredients.
When all are layered, cover completely with mayonnaise and seal edges.
Chill at least 1 hour.
Toss and serve.
