Scalloped Potatoes And Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    2 Tbsp. oil
    salt and pepper
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    2 c. water
    6 c. sliced potatoes
    1 sliced onion, separated into rings
Preparation
    Brown pork chops in oil.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Melt butter in pan.
    Stir in flour, salt and pepper, chicken bouillon and water.
    Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil.
    Place potatoes in bottom of 8 x 12-inch baking dish or roaster.
    Top with onion rings.
    Pour chicken broth mixture evenly over potatoes and onions.
    Top with pork chops.
    Cover.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Remove cover and bake for 30 minutes.
