Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. cooked rice
    1/3 c. raisins
    cinnamon and nutmeg (optional)
Preparation
    In a medium bowl, beat eggs.
    Blend in milk, sugar, butter, vanilla and salt.
    Stir in rice and raisins.
    Pour into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Stir rice up from bottom and continue baking for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.
