Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. granulated sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. salad oil
    2 c. zucchini, grated
    3 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour, sifted
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation
    Combine sugars, oil and eggs.
    Beat until blended.
    Add zucchini and vanilla.
    Add sifted dry ingredients; blend well.
    Add chopped nuts.
    Pour into greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 60 minutes.
    Makes 2 loaves.
