Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. stewing chicken
    1/2 lb. fine noodles
    1/4 c. flour
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. light cream
    1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 small can mushrooms, drained
    1 small can peas, drained
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 onion
    1 pepper, chopped
    bread crumbs or chow mein noodles
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Prepare chicken by simmering, then take off bones and cut in large pieces and refrigerate.
    One hour before serving, take broth from chicken and bring to boil.
    Add noodles.
    Cook 8 minutes. Set aside.
