No Knead Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. lukewarm water
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 beaten egg
6 1/2 c. flour
2 pkg. yeast
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. shortening
Preparation

Put yeast in warm water; set aside.
Mix all dry ingredients. Add egg and yeast water.
Mix well.
Make rolls and put in cake tins lightly floured.
Let rise 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
Will keep 3 to 4 days in fridge.
