Fritter Batters(For Deep-Fried Foods) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt (omit if adding salty food)
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salad oil
Preparation
    Beat well until smooth.
    Stir about 1 cup of chosen food into batter.
    Drop by tablespoons into hot fat and fry about 5 minutes or until golden brown and thoroughly cooked.
