Pineapple Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening (4 oz.)
1/2 c. butter
2 3/4 c. sugar
3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. baking powder
6 eggs
1/4 c. milk (may use 1/4 c. evaporated)
3/4 c. undrained pineapple
Preparation

Cream the butter, shortening and sugar. Add 1 cup flour at first.
Add eggs, one at a time. Add milk, then remaining 2 cups flour.
Mix undrained pineapple.
Preheat oven to 325\u00b0. Bake 1 1/2 hours.
Let cool 10 minutes before removing from pan.
