Chicken Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 fryers, cut up
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    3/4 c. mayo
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/3 c. half and half
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
    3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
Preparation
    Cook chicken in boiling water with onion, celery and seasonings of your choice.
    Cool, remove skin and cut into chunks. Place chicken in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Combine soup, mayo, lemon juice and cream.
    Mix until smooth.
    Add broccoli, cheese and mushrooms.
    Mix, spoon over chicken.
    Bake, uncovered, 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
