Caramel Popcorn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 qt. popped corn
    2 c. unsalted nuts
    1 c. packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. corn syrup
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    In large shallow roaster or cake pan, combine popcorn and nuts.
    Place in 250\u00b0 oven while preparing glaze.
