Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 medium can crushed pineapple, drained
    1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
    2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix softened cream cheese, drained pineapple, bell pepper, onion, seasoned salt and 1 cup of chopped nuts with hands in bowl. Let sit in refrigerator until chilled.
    Then shape into balls.
    I usually get four small ones or 2 large ones out of this recipe. Then roll them in pecans or coconut.
