Red And Green Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 1/2 Tbsp. Dijon style mustard
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
1 large clove garlic, pressed
1/4 small head red cabbage, coarsely shredded
10 raw Brussels sprouts, thinly sliced
1/3 c. Blue cheese, crumbled
2 Tbsp. green onions, chopped
Preparation

Mix together oil, vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper and garlic. Beat or shake to blend.
Gently stir dressing into cabbage and Brussels sprouts just before serving, along with cheese and green onion.
