Brunch Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 decrusted slices bread
    2 c. grated sharp American cheese
    1 1/2 lb. sausage meat or cubed ham
    8 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1/2 can milk
    3 or 4 green onions
Preparation
    Butter a 9 x 13-inch pan well.
    Line it with bread.
    Brown sausage and drain off grease.
    Place sausage on top of bread; add grated cheese. Beat eggs, 1 1/2 cups milk and the dry mustard. Pour on top.
    Sprinkle with chopped green onions (tops included). Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Mix soup and milk and pour over the top of the casserole.
    Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours or until set.
