Brunch Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices white bread, crusts removed
    1 lb. sausage, cooked and crumbled
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
    6 eggs
    1 pt. half and half
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Spray sides and bottom of 9 x 13 pan or dish. Lightly butter bread and arrange in dish. Be sure to have a solid layer of bread. Add pieces as needed. Cover bread with sausage, then grated cheese. Beat eggs in bowl and add
    half and half, mustard and salt. Pour over casserole and refrigerate overnight.
