Potato Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. raw grated potatoes
    2 whole eggs, beaten
    1 onion, grated
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Peel large potatoes and soak in cold water several hours. Grate potatoes and drain.
    Add grated onion and beaten eggs.
    Stir in salt and flour.
    Drop batter by spoonful onto a hot, well-greased frypan or griddle.
    Turn to brown other side.
    Serve hot with applesauce or sour cream.
