Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slightly beaten eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. scalded milk
    nutmeg
Preparation
    Blend the eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla.
    Gradually stir into scalded milk.
    Pour into 9-inch unbaked pastry shell.
    Sprinkle with nutmeg.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 35 to 40 minutes or until done in center.
