Funnel Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    hot oil
Preparation
    Combine eggs and milk in mixing bowl.
    Sift flour, salt and baking powder together.
    Add to egg and milk mixture.
    Heat all in a heavy skillet.
    Cover bottom of a funnel with finger.
    Remove finger from funnel and release in a circle (round and round) over hot oil.
    Turn when golden brown.
    Fry on other side.
    Drain on paper toweling.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
