Apple Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 egg
    1 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. soda
    3 c. diced raw apples
    1/2 c. pecans
Preparation
    Cream together sugar, butter or margarine and egg.
    Sift together flour, nutmeg, salt, cinnamon and soda.
    Mix together well.
    Add raw apples and pecans or other nuts.
    Add to sugar mixture.
    Bake in a 9 x 13-inch greased pan for 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
