Dr. Maggs' Microwave Mini Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/3 c. unseasoned dry bread crumbs
    1/4 c. ketchup
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 Tbsp. milk
    2 tsp. instant minced onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. ground pepper
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients.
    Mix well and shape into a 6 x 4-inch loaf.
    Place in an 8 x 4-inch loaf dish. Microwave at power level Medium-high
    (170\u00b0) for 15 to 20 minutes or until beef is no longer pink, rotating the dish once. Cover loosely with aluminum foil.
    Let stand for 5 minutes.
    Remove from dish and enjoy!
    Yields 4 servings.
