Chicken Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked white rice
    2 lb. chicken breasts, skinned and cut into 1-inch strips
    1 medium green pepper, cut in 1-inch strips
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 small can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
    1 small can mushrooms, drained
    soy sauce to taste
    2 carrots, slivered
    1 can chunk pineapple, drained
    oil for saute
    sesame oil (optional)
Preparation
    Prepare rice and keep warm.
    Heat oil in wok or heavy iron skillet.
    Cook chicken with onion, peppers, water chestnuts and carrots quickly while turning frequently.
    Add mushrooms and pineapple; heat through.
    Serve over rice.
    Add soy sauce to preferred taste.
