Corn Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. corn kernels
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Using 2 mixing bowls, separate egg yolk in one bowl and egg white in the other bowl.
    Add to egg yolk the corn, flour, salt and water.
    Mix thoroughly.
    (Mixture should be fairly thick.) Whisk the egg white into a thick froth and add to other ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Make about 4 fritters; spoon into an oiled frypan and cook until brown on both sides.
