Mississippi Mud - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks margarine
    1/2 c. cocoa
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. plus 3 Tbsp. plain flour (can use self-rising flour)
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 tsp. vanilla
    dash of salt (about 1/8 tsp.)
    2 c. mini-marshmallows
Preparation
    Melt margarine.
    Add cocoa; stir until smooth.
    Add well beaten eggs, flour, salt and sugar; beat together until smooth. Add nuts and stir again.
    Pour into a square pan, sprayed with Pam, and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Layer mini marshmallows over top of hot cake.
