Apricot Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 oz. cottage cheese
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 large or 2 small pkg. apricot jello (may use orange)
1 medium or large can crushed pineapple
1 small can mandarin oranges
Preparation

Drain pineapple, saving juice. Mix dry jello with cottage cheese. Add drained pineapple and drained oranges. Add 1 tablespoon pineapple juice, mixing well. Fold Cool Whip into mixture. Chill in a mold or pan (may be glass) at least 2 hours before serving.
