Pesto By Bev(For Pasta, Dipping Sauce Or Pizza Topping) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 garlic cloves, peeled
2 c. fresh basil, packed
3/4 c. Romano/Parmesan cheese, grated
1/3 c. pine nuts (pignoli)
1/4 to 1/3 c. olive oil
Preparation

In a food processor, combine garlic and basil. Add cheese and process until smooth. Add nuts and process until smooth. Drizzle oil in as processing until mixture smoothes out.
Pack in jars almost to the top, pushing out bubbles of air from bottom and sides.
Add olive oil to seal top from oxygen.
Cover with lid.
